Data protection and data security are very important to us when using our services. At this point, we would like to inform you about what personal data we collect and what we use it for.

Data acquisition and processing

ChatterHub GmbH maintains an internal prospect and customer database in which all relevant customer-related events and notes are stored. This includes

• customer number,

• company name,

• company address,

• E-mail addresses of all active (i.e. not deleted) users,

• telephone numbers (landline, mobile, fax) of all active users,

• names of all active (i.e. not deleted) users,

• notes regarding telephone calls,

• billing information,

• statistical information on usage.

Customer data is used to optimize the support of ChatterHub GmbH customers in support and sales. Customer data is not passed on to third parties.

We use the sevDesk software from the German company sevDesk GmbH to manage our internal database. Your data, which is entered directly by users of the sevDesk software, is stored on the servers of sevDesk GmbH for the duration of the contractual relationship. This data is not used by sevDesk GmbH.

The data provided by you is required for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual and contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

As a business within the meaning of Section 1, we are obliged to store and retain your data for at least seven years.

You have voluntarily provided us with data, and we process this data on the basis of your consent for the following purposes:

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. Please contact us for this.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is Austrian Data Protection Authority.
